Conveyancing Solictor/FCILEx/Licensed Conveyancer - N Yorks

Our client is a leading Legal 500 Yorkshire Firm with an excellent reputation, and fantastic coverage across the whole of the region.

They are looking for an experienced qualified conveyancer to join their team at their North Yorkshire office which is in a wonderful location. The role will be to carry an existing caseload of sale and purchase residential property files from inception to completion. The department is really busy, has a mixed traditional and modern caseload in a supportive and relaxed working environment. There are are also lots of referrals from other departments within the firm.

The ideal candidate will be either a qualified Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer with around 3-5yrs+ experience of carrying their own caseload from start to finish.
