This Global Retailer is looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to be based in one of its in-house legal teams in Guernsey.
Client Details
A Retailer which operates in more than 10 global territories.
Description
As the Senior Legal Counsel you will report into the Head of Legal and be responsible for managing some of the legal team that focus on areas such as dispute resolution, employment and corporate governance and company secretarial.
Profile
The successful candidate will need to have a strong background in commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters as this will make up a substantial part of their day to day role. Any exposure to broader commercial issues and employment matters would also be beneficial. Prior in-house experience could be useful but is not a necessary requirement, however, candidates should be comfortable working with a variety of senior stakeholders in the business.
Job Offer
This role will pay up to £95,000 basic salary (depending on experience) + two different bonus scheme's dependant on individual and company performance + pension + relocation assistance.
