Commercia Property Solicitor / Lawyer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial property solicitor / lawyer to join a multi office firm, based on the South Coast.

Due to an influx of work, the firm are looking to expand their commercial property department, and are looking for fee earners from 2 years PQE+. The role will include offering advice to clients and dealing with a busy caseload of commercial landlord and tenant work, including freehold acquisitions and disposals, development agreements, secured lending, property investment, joint ventures and property financing.

The ideal candidate will have:

* A minimum of 2 years PQE - specialising in property matters
* Commercial property experience - however, the firm will also consider experienced residential conveyancers who are looking for a move into commercial.
* The skills to develop an existing caseload using networking and business development, as well as attending various events.
