Insolvency, Restructuring and Real Estate Finance PSL, 5+ PQE
Our client, a leading US firm, is looking to hire a professional support lawyer to join their Restructuring and Insolvency and Real Estate Finance practices in London.
The role will involve developing a variety of knowledge products for both the Restructuring and Insolvency team and the Real Estate Finance team. You will create and manage the firm's precedents, research materials and training materials and provide legal and practical advice to the departments. In addition to this, you will keep clients up to date with any relevant developments and assist the firm in developing their reputation in the London market.
The successful candidate will have an excellent academic record and experience in the restructuring and insolvency department of a leading firm, including exposure to multi-jurisdictional, cross-border transactions involving consensual and non-consensual restructuring and insolvency practices. In particular, you will have exposure to both UK schemes of arrangement and US Chapter 11. Experience in real estate finance would be beneficial, but is not essential.
