Corporate Solicitor

This new position exists for a technically strong, personable and ambitious lawyer, looking to pursue a career in corporate finance in the long term with one of the top corporate finance practices in the South East outside London.

The corporate finance team is part of the company commercial group, one of the main lawyer groups within the firm. In addition to corporate finance the group has specialist teams in banking and finance, commercial and competition.

The corporate finance team has 6 partners and 12 other lawyers, including two dedicated professional support lawyers. The team benefits from strong specialist support in intellectual property, IT, finance/banking, regulatory, employment, pensions, real estate and tax. They have significant international reach, with established links in Europe and the US.
