An opportunity has arisen to join a very successful Commercial Property team in Leeds City Centre.
The firm are seeking an ambitious solicitor with excellent technical ability and experience of handling a broad range of Commercial Property work, the solicitor will ideally be 3+ years PQE.
This is an opportunity to work as part of a high achieving team focusing on a broad caseload of matters including Sales and purchase from small-scale storage units and shops to office blocks, retail/office parks, shopping centres, and land.
The firm are seeking applications from confident, self-motivated individuals with excellent IT skills, who can convince us they will enjoy being part of an integrated team but who will also thrive in working in an autonomous working environment. You will receive experience of, and training in the full range of Commercial Property matters with the opportunity, in time, to specialise in areas of particular interest.
