Contentious Probate Lawyer - Solicitor or Legal Executive - Taunton, Somerset, South West 

Do you have contentious probate experience? My client, an excellent Legal 500 firm are recruiting into their litigation team in Taunton and require an additional contentious probate solicitor or legal executive.

Candidates with at least one year experience are encouraged to apply, as are those with a civil litigation background, (including inheritance disputes experience) who are looking to specialise.

Newly qualified solicitors with some contentious probate experience will also be considered. 

You will join an established team and department with an interesting and varied case load from day one.

Your claims will vary in value and complexity, and you will be guided by reputed partners and long established fee earners. 

This team is very busy, being one of the few firms in the South West with a dedicated contentious probate team. They have seen a continued increase in instructions, and will have a case load for you from day one.

There will be progression opportunities for driven and ambitious lawyers to progress within this established Legal 500 firm.
