Construction Associate / Senior Associate 5yrs+ PQE - Preston
Are you an experienced construction solicitor with 5yrs+ experience in dealing with construction matters on either a contentious or non contentious basis (or a mix of both)?
This successful and highly rated law firm based in Preston, Lancashire are looking to recruit an experienced hardworking construction solicitor who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Joining as an Associate or Senior Associate, your clients will include large scale property developers, institutional and other investors, banks and other funders, occupiers, housebuilders, and surveyors and agents. As a senior construction solicitor within the team you can expect to undertake a broad range of construction work through servicing the needs of the extensive and established client base.
You will have at least 5 years proven experience of dealing with construction matters on either a contentious or non contentious basis (or a mix of both). They will be at ease when business developing new clients and servicing existing clients with an excellent record of acquiring new business.
