Are you an experienced corporate solicitor with strong corporate transactional experience looking to join an award winning top tier law firm in Lancashire?
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a forward thinking Legal 500 Top Tier Law Firm who offer their staff excellent career potential and progression opportunities. The firm have an excellent reputation in the market and are highly ranked for their commercial and corporate work, this means that you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience by undertaking quality work and significant client exposure.
The successful Corporate Solicitor will join a specialist team and on a day to day basis, you will be taking the lead in a mix of corporate transactions including M&A, corporate governance and restructuring, banking transactions and corporate finance. There will be a significant amount of responsibility and client contact with excellent opportunities for progression. This is a fast paced position so exceptional file management skills are a must.
The team have a good spread of corporate transactional work across a variety of sectors and the pipeline of transactions is extremely healthy and looks set to continue.
The firm are interested in speaking with corporate solicitors who have 5+ years experience of corporate transactional work, who are commercially minded and can demonstrate an ability of building relationships with existing and potential new clients. To be considered for this role you likely be a corporate solicitor with 5+ years PQE and a track record of handling a broad mix of corporate transactions.
Competitive salary is on offer for the successful candidate and will be negotiable, depending on level of experience.
