This leading international practice covers the full range of shipbuilding and offshore construction projects, from drafting and negotiating contracts, through to handling dispute resolution, including High Court litigation and international arbitration. The team has successfully managed a large number of high value and complex disputes. There is now an opportunity for an additional associate to join the London team, preferably with around 4PQE, and with a strong background in construction, and preferably offshore disputes. There are excellent opportunities, including international secondments and future progression, for the right person joining this dynamic, growing team.
