ASSISTANT COMPANY SECRETARY, CORPORATE GOVERNANCE MEMBER OF ICSA UP TO £50,000 PER ANNUM LEEDS CITY CENTRE


One of the largest building societies in the UK and one of Yorkshire largest financial organisations seek to appoint a an Assistant Corporate Secretary.

The successful candidate will, as part of the wider legal function, primarily assist the groups Secretariat team in providing an effective company secretarial service. You will also assist the Group Secretary on corporate governance matters. Day to day you should expect to manage the statutory records and on-going routine company secretarial work as well as maintaining the board handbook, preparation of papers for committees and as and when required, undertake the arranging, agenda preparation and minuting of the internal management meetings.

Candidates wishing to apply should have previous, recent experience working within a company secretarial team an ideally be at least a graduate member of ICSA.
