Legal Counsel - technology

A fantastic opportunity has recently arisen for a commercial lawyer to join the EMEA legal function of a leading technology company based in West London. The role is highly varied and will work closely with the business as part of the busy commercial legal team across the EMEA region. You will have good experience of drafting and negotiating commercial/IT/technology contracts, a pragmatic and commercial approach, and the ability to build strong relationships within the legal team and at all levels of the business. Ideally you will have between circa 1 - 4 years of Post Qualified Experience although all candidates with demonstrable experience to fulfil the role will be considered. Candidates from in-house or private practice backgrounds are welcome to apply and whilst prior in-house experience (either in-house or on secondment) would be helpful, it is not a pre-requisite.
