Property Associate 3-6 PQE - Grand Cayman
Our client, a top tier law firm in Grand Cayman is seeking an attorney, ideally 3-6 PQE to join their Property team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- The work will be focused on commercial and residential property transactions, including; property development, leasing, and commercial acquisitions and dispositions.
- Undertake all related corporate work without assistance from the corporate department.
- Broad variety of corporate, commercial and property work.
- Promote the department and the law firm.
Requirements:
- The attorney must be qualified in a recognised Common law jurisdiction/Grand Cayman and be at least 3 PQE.
- Ideally the attorney will be 3-6 PQE but not a strict requirement if more senior.
- Essential that the applicant has commercial and residential property experience and has a background aligned with the Cayman market.
- Must have both corporate and transactional experience.
- Essential that the applicant be experienced in Business Development and Marketing.
- Experience in training/mentoring paralegals, articled clerks and junior associates is preferred.
Salary: US $160-180k DOE plus benefits.
