Global powerhouse is recruiting a Banking Lawyer due to a high volume of Banking & Finance work. The Banking team handles a range of international matters acting for banks and financial institutions, alternative lenders and corporate and financial sponsors. The right Banking Lawyer will have experience in at least one of the following: acquisition finance, syndicated lending, REF, distressed aspects, project finance or trade finance.
