FTSE 250 Technology company seeking a lawyer to join its team
You will be joining a well-known brand and a small and close-knit legal team who have an excellent reputation within the business.
You will advise on a full range of commercial issues including commercial contracts, data law and issues, marketing and IT matters. You can also expect to advise on ad hoc competition and regulatory law issues as they arise.
You will ideally have commercial experience from a top law firm and/or in-house at a leading organisation, however our client will also consider strong corporate lawyers wishing to transition into a commercial-focused position.
You will be a proactive self-starter with excellent organisational and relationship management skills as well as the ability to produce work to a high-quality standard.
