Job Title: Litigation Executive - Mixed PI including RTA, OL/PL and EL

Location: Manchester City Centre

Duration: 9-month fixed term contracts with on-going permanent recruitment within the business

Salary: Competitive Package including excellent flexible benefits scheme

The Opportunity;
We are currently recruiting for 2 Fee earners to join us in our Flagship City Centre office to be responsible for managing a varied Serious and Specialist injury caseload (RTA, OL/PL and EL).
Immediate start dates available to successful applicants who can demonstrate experience of running their own Fast Track cases.

Working in our modern offices you will be part of the largest Personal Injury firm in the UK.

Responsibilities to include;
• Managing an existing caseload of mixed PI claims to include RTA , OL/PL and EL
• Chasing Medical Records
• Client liaison work
• Preparing court bundles
• Drafting of documentation
• Working as part of a busy team environment
• Managing work through our case management system

What we are looking for;
• You will have a passion for providing empathetic and exemplary client care and possess a keen interest in Personal Injury work
• You should also possess previous experience of effectively managing your own caseload, gained within any transferable area
• The ability to effectively communicate with a variety of people both verbally as well as in writing is also integral to this role as are strong IT skills
• The ability to work independently but also as part of a collaborative team environment
