The Role
The position is for a full-time, permanent Construction Solicitor to join their Liverpool office. The role will involve a range of construction and engineering matters including arbitration, advising on contractual obligations and dealing with domestic and international dispute resolution in infrastructure, construction, and transport. The focus of the work will be on high value and complex construction disputes. This Construction Solicitor role has great potential for personal development and will involve business development.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor.
You will have 1-4 years’ PQE.
You will have experience in construction law.
You will have demonstrable excellent technical ability.
You will have an excellent academic record.
You will have excellent communication and project management skills.
It would be advantageous to have experience of working with NEC3, FIDIC and EPC contracts.
