Accredited practice requires a Private Client Solicitor.
The Firm
Our client is a well-regarded practice located in Buckinghamshire. The multi-office practice is renowned for its excellence in a range of legal matters, the firm has practitioners accredited for their quality in a variety of disciplines. The practice due to continued success and growth is now seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their team.
The Role
Our client is looking to recruit a full-time permanent Private Client Solicitor to join their Amersham office. The position will involve a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, trusts and probate. The Private Client Solicitor role will include Court of Protection matters and estate administration. The successful applicant will also be required to network and promote the department to new and existing clients.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor.
You will have at least 5 years’ PQE.
You must have experience in private client matters.
You must be STEP qualified.
You will have experience of wills, trusts and estates.
You will have excellent communication skills.
