An incredible probate paralegal opportunity has arisen at this leading Private Client firm! Our client is well known for its open and collegiate culture and this is recognised as a strength by both clients and employees. This has helped to foster a dynamic law firm delivering exceptional client service.

Probate/Private Client is one of the firm's three strategic sectors. As a result of the firm's rapidly expanding practice in this area, and in particular probate work, an experienced probate paralegal is required to join an existing team based in Exeter. The Exeter office is a really great place to work with huge investment in infrastructure and plenty of extra curricular activities including regular drinks evenings, a cycling club and an office gym complete with personal trainer.

Recent work has included dealing with the administration of estates from the death of a client to paying out the residuary beneficiaries. This included obtaining Grants of Probate, collecting in assets, and paying liabilities. Work has also included dealing with an estate where there was no Will, in conjunction with the Intestacy Rules and maintaining and updating the Probate team's precedent bank.

All in all a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal looking to take their career in an exciting new direction.
