Our client, a well-established law firm in Staffordshire requires an experienced Commercial Property Locum. Experience of handling a full caseload of Commercial Property matters to include sales, purchases and leasehold work is necessary.
The successful candidate will be able to competently handle a busy caseload of Commercial Property matters and will be the lead Fee Earner with full secretarial support.
Offering an attractive hourly rate of between £30 and £40 per hour, the role is on an on-going basis with an expected duration of at least 3 months. Our client is seeking a candidate to start immediately or at short notice, and the position is to provide cover until a permanent appointment is made.
