Residential Conveyancer - Complex Work - Stoke

Tremendous opportunity to join this well established & modern Staffordshire law firm and work as part of a strong conveyancing department. The firm have lots of local clients and have strong links with estate agents within the area, so there will be a mix of work from low to high value properties.

You will ideally need to be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer of FCILEX however experienced non-qualified fee earners will also be considered. You will have responsibility for a caseload that will consist of complex transactions on high value properties. Matters will consist of sales, purchase as well as more complex work such as transfer of equity, shared ownership, lease extensions and right to buy matters for both freehold and complex leasehold properties. The caseload will vary from 75 - 100 matters at any one time and you will have the chance to meet clients face to face.

Maintaining strong client relationships is of the highest importance to this firm so you will also need to have a personable manner. You will be required to run the caseload from instruction through to completion however you will benefit from secretarial assistance.
