Commercial Property Lawyer

CloudScope are working with a small team of Legal professionals in Liverpool City Centre. They currently have specialists in the following areas: 

• Debt Recovery & Creditor Services
• Real Estate
• Revenues & Local Authority Investigations
• Tax Dispute Resolution
• Corporate Recovery, Insolvency and Fraud 

We are looking for a Commercial property lawyer to join a team of 3 in the real estate department. We will be looking for candidate with the following skills and experience:

1. Sales and acquisitions of strategic land / commercial properties;
2. Landlord and tenant experience – lease drafting and negotiating for commercial properties
3. Property finance work – acting for lenders and commercial borrowers re-gearing their property portfolios
4. Some team management experience – such as supervising trainees, paralegals, NQ solicitors

It would also be advantages for a candidate to have the following:

1. A small following of their own;
2. Based in Liverpool;
3. Some experience working or training with the bigger tier firms as a qualified solicitor in Commercial Property
