Residential / Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive

Our Client, a successful and expanding firm is looking for a 2+ year PQE Property Lawyer to join a busy team in Blackheath.

• Dealing with both Residential and Commercial Property the successful candidate will be confident across the full range of transactions including enfranchisement, leasehold disputes and boundary issues. 
• Due to the location of the office a large proportion of the transactions involve High Net Worth matters.
• Joining a team of three in the Office, you will be one of two conveyancing solicitors who can offer a commercial conveyancing service with commercial conveyancing caseload being 60/70% of your caseload compared to residential conveyancing.

A very experienced solicitor at Partner level has recently left the firm and they are looking for an experienced conveyancer who can continue this caseload, retain an existing and loyal client base so go client care skills required including lots of contact and prompt returning of calls etc.
