The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join our clients’ thriving practice in Ipswich. With a team which includes one of the firms’ partners, the successful Lawyer will handle a full and varied caseload of Residential Property transactions to include: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; remortgages; shared ownership; transfers of equity and; development sales. The ideal Lawyer will also participate in business development and networking activities for the department and firm as a whole.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years’ PQE gained within a reputable Residential Property department.
You must have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise.
First class client care and communication skills across all levels are essential for the position.
You will be able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
You will be IT literate.
A willingness to become involved in business development activities is desirable.
