Interim Legal Counsel

A global research company within the construction sector is currently looking for a Legal Counsel to join the team on an interim basis.

Responsibilities of the role are likely to entail;

• Proving legal support to other teams within the business
• Drafting, revieiwng and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
• Providing advice on legal and commercial risk as well as supporting on legal disputes
• Develop and negotiate formal relationships with key customers and stakeholders

The successful candidate is likely to be able to demonstrate commecial contracts experience, preferably in-house. A backround in the construction sector will be advantageous.
