The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join our clients’ flourishing practice in Canterbury. Becoming part of a partner-led team, the successful Solicitor will enjoy a diverse caseload encompassing all aspects of Real Estate work to include: acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties and land; property finance; commercial leases and renewals; landlord and tenant matters; development work and; property aspects of corporate transactional work. Additional involvement in business development activities and a commitment to furthering the growth and success of the department and firm as a whole are pre-requisite.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Commercial Property department.
You must have excellent technical and client care skills with a broad range of expertise.
A high level of commercial awareness plus strong business development skills are essential for the position.
You will be a proactive and personable team player.
You will be ambitious and seeking to further your career in a progressive team.
