Integreon are working with one of their leading clients who are looking for a NQ+ who has prior experience working on repo (GMRA) and derivatives (ISDA/CSA). The successful candidate will have a good eye for detail and be able to manage a flow of negotiation files. The ideal candidate would be the equivalent of an NQ+ or above but could also be an experienced paralegal. You will be confident working with documentation and have good experience managing deal flow work. You will be advising on transactions and actively involved in managing these transactions. The role will suit a proactive, motivated candidate who is looking for a new challenge.
