Our client’s current Head of the Corporate team is retiring, creating an opportunity for someone who needs a change; hence our search.

We’re looking for somebody with a minimum 5 years PQE who can handle a wide range of corporate/company/commercial matters; exactly the type of work you’re used to doing. However, there is much more on offer here.

If you were offered this role, you would have the opportunity not only to expand the department but also, potentially, to take a stake in the business relatively quickly. If you are business-minded or a solicitor with an entrepreneurial flair, then there will be close collaboration with the management team from the get-go and cross-selling between departments would be expected as this is fundamental to growth.
