Our client is a global firm with operations in Muscat. The General Counsel would like to hire a mid-level corporate commercial lawyer to his team. The role will involve a diverse range of matters, including, but not limited to, contracts, company secretary duties, projects and dealing with regulatory matters.
Requirements:
-4-5 years PQE.
-Fluency in English and Arabic.
-strong commercial accumen and the confidence to interface with senior members.
