An interesting opportunity for a Locum Planning Lawyer has arisen within the East Midlands. Attractively, this assignment offers extensive home/flexible working and will be for at least 3 to 6 months with a high possibility of extension.
The successful applicant will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive. However, applications are welcome from non-qualified Lawyers that have the relevant experience.
The duties on a day-to-day basis are as follows;
- Drafting S106 Agreements and providing general planning advice
- Attendance at Planning Committees
- Planning prosecutions
- Assisting with other litigious matters
