Our Client, a Legal 500 firm with offices in Liverpool and Manchester are seeking to appoint a proactive, passionate and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join their award winning Property Department in Liverpool City Centre.
The role will involve handling your own varied and challenging caseload of Commercial Property matters on behalf of Large Corporations. You will be dealing with; Acquisitions & Disposals, Commercial Leases, Landlord & Tenant, Property Deeds and any other additional matters that arise.
The successful candidate will be possess a high degree of technical knowledge within Commercial Property and have experience of working under minimal supervision and commercially minded. Additionally you will have excellent communication skills to build and maintain client relationships and target orientated.
