Company Commercial Lawyer

They have extensive experience within the firm, meaning there are people to bounce off and learn from as you're in the early stages of your career.

This firm is seeking new Solicitors, NQ or extensively experienced, to join their thriving Southampton office.
The successful candidate's role will entail (but not be limited to) dealing with:

• Business and share sales in the region of £0 to £10million
• Shareholders' agreements and share option schemes
• Corporate restructuring (solvent)
• Shareholder disputes (pre-litigation resolution)
• Desired but not essential: secured lending

Salary is VERY negotiable dependent on PQE and could range from £35,000 to £70,000 a year.

We are very open to looking at all candidates and ideally would like someone experienced who can take new client work immediately, with little supervision, HOWEVER, an exceptional NQ would be just as welcome.

Competence is essential, experience is desirable.
