Childcare Lawyer

Childcare Lawyer required to join a local authority based in the northern Home Counties for an ongoing basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team within a local authority. They are looking for an ambitious Childcare Lawyer who will embrace this fast-paced position. The main duties for this role include;

● Managing a large caseload of care proceedings
● Conducting advocacy at court and hearings
● Advising a wide range of clients
● Attending legal planning matters

Childcare Lawyers from either private practice or local authority backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
