Banking Solicitor

My client is looking for a Banking Solicitor to join a highly regarded National law firm. You will have the opportunity to be involved in a varied banking and restructuring caseload.

This well regarded National law firm require a solicitor to work alongside the partners in their Birmingham office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of banking matters working for a rand of clients with a specific focus on the public sector.

In this role you will have the benefit of a national client base so be involved with local and national deals. You will advise predominately social housing clients on a broad range of work including:

• Advising on banking facilities.
• Advising on acquisition finance, property finance, ABL, restructuring and refinancing.
• Drafting and negotiating banking facilities.

You will have excellent client contact and dependant on experience manage your own transactions. An active interest in Business Development and marketing will be beneficial.

The team has an excellent reputation in the local market place.

You will be a UK qualified solicitor (or overseas equivalent) from a top regional or national law firm with experience in banking. My client will consider applications with an In House background.
