Broad and exciting new role at an international medical devices business in their busy Watford office.
As a full member of the Legal & compliance department for the UK and Ireland you will be negotiating and preparing both commercial and corporate agreements, as well as managing litigation and engaging with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will involve:
- Drafting and negotiating high value commercial and corporate contracts
- Managing litigation
- Maintaining and developing knowledge on compliance for the healthcare sector
- Managing the paralegal team
- Managing external Counsel
- Actively engaging in global projects
- Working on data protection issues
Profile
The successful candidate will ideally be:
- A UK qualified solicitor
- Minimum 6 years PQE level
- Previous experience in data protection
- Previous experience in the medical devices/health care industry
- Solid judgment and analytical skills
- Strong communicator
- Team player
