Are you a senior commercial solicitor who would like to work for a Legal 500 firm with sites in Beds, Bucks and Cambs? Would you be able to advise clients ranging from local SMEs to national PLCs on the full range of commercial matters?
You will be an established and experienced commercial solicitor who is based in, or has local connections to, either Cambridge or Bedford. You will be able to offer advice to commercial clients on contracts, agreements, IP matters, regulatory matters, company secretarial duties, and general commercial advice. The ideal individual will be able to not only take over an existing caseload, but will also have a network or a keen interest in networking, to add to that caseload and develop the local markets. The firm can offer support from other senior commercial solicitors and other departments, along with a leading local market rate salary and benefits.
