My client is a well-known high street firm with a number of offices across the region.
As part of their continued expansion plan they now seek to appoint a Residential Conveyancer for a new role in Widnes.
The successful Conveyancer will manage a caseload of around 100 files and look to complete 30-40 transactions per month using case management systems. The firm are not concerned about professional qualifications and applications are invited from all levels and backgrounds. Experience for this role is more important than formal legal qualifications.
