Childcare Lawyer

Childcare Lawyer required to join a Local Authority based in Kent for an initial 3 month period.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a full childcare caseload of both public proceedings and pre proceeding matters. The caseload will be varied, and will result in the Childcare Lawyer attending Legal Planning Meetings, PLO meetings and Advocates meetings.

This role offers a supportive team environment, with offices easily accessible via public transport (good links to London), a canteen, and other local amenities.

The hiring manager is ideally looking for someone who has public sector experience but is still interested in hearing from private practice candidates who have dealt with public care matters.
