Property Solicitor

Property Solicitor required to join a local authority based in Cambridgeshire for an initial 3 month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Solicitor to join a large public sector organisation and a friendly team.

The successful candidate will manage a busy caseload of commercial property matters. This will include handling leases and licenses, sales and acquisitions, and advising on the councils varied property portfolio.

Previous commercial property experience is essential but this does not have to be gained in a local authority.
