Employment Solicitor (Corporate Support)

This leading Legal 100 law firm has a proven track record for success and are looking for an Employment Solicitor with experience in Corporate Support work to join a busy Employment & Corporate team, ranked Tier 1. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder. The corporate support work includes advising on employment issues arising out of share and asset sale and purchases, joint ventures and private equity investments and post-acquisition integration; as well as TUPE issues.
 
Your role as an Employment Solicitor will involve:

• Handing a caseload that comprises of 60% Corporate Support, 40% general Employment matters
• Technical excellence, handling both claimant and respondent employment matters
• Being able to business develop and network, to gain new clients
• A clear career path from the outset
• Opportunity to work for a Tier 1 ranked Employment team as well as working closely with the Corporate team
