An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Legal Officer to join a Local Authority in Cambridgeshire for an on-going contract expected to last for a minimum of 3 months.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Dealing with complex residential conveyancing, commercial conveyancing and land acquisitions and disposals
- Obtaining complete and accurate instructions from the Executive / relevant officers
- Undertaking administrative duties
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy but friendly team and offers an attractively hourly rate of between £15 and £25 per hour depending on experience. Applications are welcome from candidates with relevant commercial or residential conveyancing experience.
