Fast Track - Credit Hire/RTA Litigator
My client is a leading law firm, supporting policyholders of some of the most recognisable brands in the UK. They specialise in recovering losses from third party insurance companies. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their Fast Track Litigation department. You will be responsible for your own caseload of Fast Track Litigation credit hire matters.
You will work within court timescales and compliance, you will liaise closely with court clerks, clients and counsels to ensure that trial bundles are in order for court. You will have the knowledge and understanding to be able to identify and obtain missing evidence. You will be preparing clients for courts and negotiating settlements. Ideally, you will have worked within Credit Hire for at least 2 years’ and have Fast Track Post Litigation experience.
