Planning / Environment Solicitor

Our client, a Commercial Legal 500 firm with offices throughout the North West are seeking to appoint a Planning/ Environment Solicitor (NQ-3 Years PQE) to join their Commercial Property department at their office in Liverpool City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Solicitor to join a leading law firm that offers progression and a great social scene.

The role will involve working closely with the Head of Department and handling your own caseload of Environmental/ Planning matters covering; Water Law, Contaminated Land, Climate Change and Environmental & Regulatory Prosecution.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience within either the Environmental or Planning Sector. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team as you will be working with colleagues from different departments. Additionally, the ability to develop professional relationships is essential as this role involves a significant amount of client contact.
