A leading Personal Injury practice based on the Wirral, due to its continued growth and success of their Counter Claims department is now seeking an additional Counter Claims Litigation Executive / Fee Earner to join the team!
As a Counter Claims Litigation Executive, you will have responsibility for your own caseload of fully litigated RTA counter claims, from instruction through to completion. The existing team deals with a varied caseload of complex litigated RTA Counter Claims files.
You will be expected to have previous experience handling litigated RTA files, either from a claimant or defendant background.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary, guideline circa £32,000, with a lucrative bonus scheme and additional benefits, including onsite parking and flexitime!
