Our client is a leading entertainment company with a growing number of award winning television programmes to its name. Through a combination of organic growth and acquisition, it has expanded and enhanced its portfolio of programmes to include a wide range of genres. Its focus is on creating high quality content and exploiting this across a range of platforms.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright, experienced TV Production lawyer to join the company at a time when its projected growth strategy remains substantial.

Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Legal, and senior production managers, you will join a small, affable Legal & Business Affairs team and enjoy a hugely varied role. This role focuses on scripted and entertainment work so ideally you will have some exposure to scripted programming. Please note that this is not essential, provided that you have solid TV production experience.

You will advise the business on the production life cycle of a TV show, from development to launch and negotiate a broad range of agreements with broadcasters.

This will suit someone who wants to work in an entrepreneurial environment with real flair and personality.

Ideally this person will be private practice trained but come from an in-house production team or broadcaster.
