Company/Commercial Solicitor - Legal 500 firm - Milton Keynes
Head of Department.
My client is searching for a Company/Commercial Solicitor to join their reputable law firm based in Buckinghamshire. You will be a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE and proven experience in running your own caseload and team.
The role will include dealing with acquisitions and disposals, but also have working knowledge of commercial agreements, partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, company formations, company restorations and company secretarial duties. You will also be heading a team of experienced solicitors.
You should be a strong team player who is able to motivate themselves & others and must be passionate about your work. Ideally you will be excited by the opportunity to get involved in business development.
