LITIGATION LAWYER
THE FIRM
Our client is one of North London’s most prominent firms with a wealth of experience in a wide range of practice areas. The litigation team is particularly busy and takes instruction in matters including landlord and tenant matters, professional negligence, contentious probate and all contractual disputes. The firm is now looking to recruit an additional solicitor to take on a caseload which will include a mix of commercial and civil litigation.
THE ROLE
You will be taking on a mix of work across a wide range of disciplines including preparing cases for the Magistrates’ and County Courts in contested and non-contested hearings. Excellent drafting and client care skills will be allied with robust litigation skills and a determination to achieve the most effective outcome for your client; and you will have a friendly, flexible approach and a real team ethos with a determination to achieve great results for your department and the firm.
Candidates will need to have at least 5yrs experience. Our client are offering a attractive salary and benefits package. Progression available.
