INTERIM LEGAL COUNSEL

GLOBAL CONSUMER GOODS

A multinational consumer goods company is looking to hire an interim lawyer to join it's Group legal team. Reporting to the Legal Director, Commercial and Digital, you will be responsible for advising on and negotiating commercial contracts including media, digital, outsourcing and IT agreements. You will also work closely with the Group Compliance team on data protection, privacy and competition issues.
The successful candidate will need to build strong relationships and credibility with business and legal colleagues quickly. You will be a qualified lawyer (UK or similar jurisdiction) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in commercial, outsourcing IT and media law gained in private practice or a reputable in-house team. Knowledge of the consumer goods sector is desirable, as is experience of advising global procurement teams.
An excellent work ethic and an ability to work effectively as part of a team are prerequisites for this role. Candidates looking to work 3 or 4 days per week will also be considered. For more information please contact Harry Offer at Kinsella Legal.
