Housing Lawyer

Our client, a well-run Local Authority based in the North of England is seeking a diligent Housing lawyer to join their team.

The role is for an initial 3 month basis with a high possibility of extension.

Our client is forward thinking in their approach and requires an experienced Solicitor who can hit the ground running.

The position

If you are successful upon application, you will be expected to carry a full caseload of matters including but not limited to:

• Disrepair,
• Possession claims,
• Anti-social behaviour,
• Homelessness,
• Tenancy fraud and
• Nuisance

If you are to apply, it is essential that you are available on short notice due to the urgency of the role.

It is critical that you can meet strict deadlines due to the fast paced nature of the role. Both Private Practice and Public Sector lawyers are encouraged to apply.
