The client is a boutique commercial legal firm in Harrogate
Description
You will work as the Company / Commercial Solicitor acting for varied clients including high profile names to individuals. You will advise on corporate and commercial matters and be responsible for a junior team member. There is another Partner in the firm who will support you on this work but there is scope to lead the department.
Profile
You will be a Company / Commercial Solicitor who is likely to be 4 years PQE upwards. You will be keen to work on both Corporate and Commercial matters. Please note that the level advertised is a guide only and does not preclude those with more or less applying for the role.
